The document as HTML: <p>, <h2>–<h4>, <ul>/<ol>, <strong>, <em>,
<u>, <s>, <a href> and <br>, every text and attribute escaped. Nodes
outside the format and unsafe links are left out rather than trusted, so
the output is safe for Astro's set:html even for an unchecked value.
