manifestCatalog(
manifest):ThemeDefinition
A manifest as a catalog every data function takes — createInstance,
instantiatePreset, the document operations, checkPageData,
validatePageData, resolveThemeSettings, checkThemeSettings — so an
editor or a tool works from a theme's manifest alone, never its code.
Components carry no implementation (component: null): the catalog
describes and checks; it does not render.
