showsWidgetOn(
surfaces,rawPathname):boolean
Whether the widget belongs on a pathname: the merchant answers "which
surfaces" (surfaces[surface]); this answers which surface a pathname is,
from the page types above. Any other path — a 404, /productsomething,
/checkout-success — is no surface at all, never a prefix match that leaks
the widget onto a page the merchant switched off.
