countdownTarget(
mode,endsOn,endsAt):string
What a countdown's settings count to: mode midnight or date, the
day the merchant typed (YYYY-MM-DD) and, optionally, the time
(HH:MM). Undefined when they count to nothing — no day for date, or
any other mode.
