Function: convertAbandonedCheckout()

convertAbandonedCheckout(conversion, host?): void

Marks the tab's checkout converted, from the thank-you page: the merchant no longer sees the order it became as abandoned. The id is used once and forgotten. Best-effort — it never throws and never holds the page.
