# Interface: ComponentInstance

One occurrence of a component on one page (JSON only).

## Properties

### children?

> `optional` **children?**: `ComponentInstance`[]

### fixed?

> `optional` **fixed?**: `Record`\<`string`, `ComponentInstance`\>

The values of the component's fixed blocks, by the name its definition
gives each. Absent entries render with their defaults.

### hidden?

> `optional` **hidden?**: `boolean`

`true`: kept in the document but not rendered — the merchant switched the
section off. Its children are not rendered either. Ignored on a fixed
block and on a required block a slot would otherwise lack.
