# Function: pluralFormIssues()

> **pluralFormIssues**(`pack`, `locale`): `string`[]

A pack's plural messages checked against its language: the forms CLDR says
the language needs but the pack lacks, and forms it carries that the
language never selects (`_zero` is always allowed — it is the explicit
empty-state form). Empty when the pack is complete.
