# Function: landingSurface()

> **landingSurface**(`id`): `string`

The surface a landing page's own document is stored under: `lp:<id>`, by
the page's id, which stays when its slug changes. A landing page is a
campaign of its own, so each has its own document; the theme's `landing`
surface gives every one of them its rules and its starting document.
