# Function: matchStorefrontPath()

> **matchStorefrontPath**(`rawPathname`): [`StorefrontPageMatch`](../interfaces/StorefrontPageMatch)

Which page type a pathname is, and its parameter (decoded) — or null for
any other path. Exact matches only: `/products/` is the catalog,
`/productsomething` and `/products/a/b` are nothing. The query, the
fragment and a trailing slash are ignored. Pass a pathname without its
language prefix (`resolveLocalePath` gives it).
